Business owners who fixother people's businesses

We own a café and a capoeira club. We live with the consequences of our decisions every day, unlike a contractor who hands the work over and leaves.

We are not selling a website or a bot

What you are buying is a removed obstacle between your business and its money. The tool is chosen after the task has been named: sometimes a website, sometimes a bot, sometimes a reconciliation once a day, and sometimes nothing at all. That is why the conversation is always the same one: what happens now, what it costs you, what we will do, what will change, and how we will check it. All five answers come out of your questionnaire, so there is nothing to invent.

Three things we say out loud

  • 1

The tool is chosen after the task, not before it

People come to us saying «we need a website», and that is already an answer, not a question. We first work out what is going on and what it costs, and only then name the tool. If it does turn out to be a website, it has to let the thing be done in three taps on a phone: book, calculate, order, check the status.

  • 2

We solve the task for both sides at once

The visitor needs to get what they came for quickly, without calls and waiting. The business needs less manual work and more enquiries carried through to the end. A beautiful shopfront with no enquiries is useless to the business, and a form with fifteen fields is useless to the visitor.

  • 3

We say so when software will not solve it

If your task is solved by neither a website, nor a bot, nor automation, we will say it plainly and turn the work down. That is what separates us from a contractor who takes any money for any job.

Why there are no prices here

A figure without a scope means either lost money or a conflict at handover. So we work the task out and write the brief first, and only then name the price. This is a position, not a dodge: it filters out those looking for cheaper and suits those who want to understand.

Tell us what is going on

Briefly: what you do, what gets in the way, how to reach you. No obligations. And if we see that you do not need this, we will say that too.
